in the Chinese capital, because of connecting flights, we saw only the airport (s), but what an airport! The second largest building in the world (over 1.3 million square meters, length 3.25 km), the project architect Norman Foster's genius, inspires great admiration, but horror ... Why? ... To pick up your luggage you take the train and go in a completely different part of the airport, another check in yet another terminal, and if they get lost with 2 hrs. to the next flight? ... okay, we did - we are in Chengdu:))) The first thing we notice
after leaving the airport is a high temperature (about 40 ° C) and a complete lack of wind. During our entire stay we can not get used to this climate. Every time out on the outside (from a hotel room, car - which was air-conditioned) evokes the same impression of lack of oxygen.
It did not bother us in the 'uptake' of Chinese culture, architecture, labels behaviors and habits. Remarkable curiosity, which I experienced in my own body was "chinglish," or Chinese variety of English. Very interesting experience, albeit a little stressful when speaking fluent English can not communicate with a person who (in his opinion) also speaks in that language! In any event, it was fun, eagerly nodded her head, imitating the understanding, in the hope that my interlocutor that was expected:)

Do not think that is the end of attractions. After the banquet, the organizer decided to betray us to the hall where the tournament will be held tomorrow to see the dance floor and become familiar with the object. PS. We go back a slightly different route of Chengdu-> Beijing-> Moscow> Warsaw. Great trip and a great impression - the first surprise when at the airport in Warsaw on tape with the luggage we are alone, without luggage, unfortunately.
